I created Luminated Leader Consulting Services because I saw a need in the professional community for meaningful and actionable consultative services. The current state of affairs can be stressful. Professionals are stretched beyond capacity while staff shortages continue to rise and resources continue to shrink. Knowing how to manage those environments, as well as a professional staff, not merely for survival, but for positive and impactful outcomes is paramount. Although this may seem insurmountable at times, with the right knowledge, skills, and strategies, it is absolutely achievable! Let us help to light your path and reignite your passion for what you do every day.
Some Background on Cadence
My professional experience includes leadership in both retail management and education. I have led teams in multimillion dollar companies in exceeding corporate goals while increasing morale and employee engagement, building up leaders along the way. I have worked in education, beginning as a kindergarten teacher and moving through positions as a teacher of students with exceptional education needs, a behavior specialist, a school administrator, a district level project manager, as well as a college professor.
Educationally, I have earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Exceptional Student Education, an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Human Performance Technology, a certificate for Leading Schools from Harvard’s Business School, and I recently piloted the Cue-Centered Trauma Therapy coursework at Stanford Medical School.
Most importantly, I have a personal passion for identifying and solving problems. I have learned that I love the gritty and unstable because I understand that there is beauty and resolution below the surface.
